Those five words accurately reflect the attributes and qualities of our spotlight teammate. Despite what you might think, no, it does not bother her that those words were not written alphabetically, because she rises above all those silly stereotypes about accountants as portrayed by Hollywood.

What is your name?
My name is Natalie Dickey – Formally known as Natalie Paulson. I just got married in October and I am still getting used to my new last name!!
Andy: That's understandable. I bet you are thankful your spouse's last name isn't "Nathanielson", because saying Natalie Nathanielson would be AWESOME, but also, possibly confusing.
What is your nickname?
In my younger years, my nickname by everyone who knew me was “Nat Nat” but as I have gotten older it has transitioned to “Nat”.
Andy: Has anybody called you Naturday Night Fever? or do they say "Natter's Up!" We'll stop now.
How long have you been at Andy by Anderson Hay?
4 Years and 3 Months to be exact – I started in October of 2018.
Andy: Well, that would have been exact, if we posted this when you sent it, but now it's outdated, kinda making it look you don't know when you started. Of course, it has nothing to do with us.
What is it you say you do here?
I live in the accounting department - my official title is “Staff Accountant”. I manage the costs, analysis and payments for Andy by Anderson Hay.
Andy: Okay, we have to ask this question, how do we calculate the NPV of pinky-swears and cross-my-hearts given that the future value of those promises has a discount rate directly correlated to inflation? We're stumped, but we know our future solemn pledges are worth quite a bit now, we just can't prove it.
What has been your favorite Andy moment so far?
Being involved in the growth and learning of Andy from the start has been the greatest memory which has created so much fun and excitement. Watching everyone on the team accomplish small and large goals is one of my favorite moments that continues to happen daily.
Andy: The first time we read this, we thought you said "small and large goats". Which is a dangerous idea to introduce, NAT, because goats eat everything.
What is one thing your friends say about you that is not true?
I am so patient. I wish it was true and have been trying to learn this trait but I am one of the most impatient people.
Andy: It must drive you crazy to stand in line a grocery store when someone is digging through the pockets looking for exact change. Also, you have demonstrated amazing patience dealing with Jared's ridiculous requests. Your friends probably aren't wrong.
What is your Andy focused spirit animal? Rabbit, Guinea Pig, Gerbil, Chinchilla, Hamster? Why?
I would say my spirit animal is - any animal that would do anything for a treat!

What wishes do you have for small pets around the world?
My wish for all small pets around the world is to be treated with the best life and to be well taken care of by their owners. Also, that they get to taste some Andy Hay product in their lifetime 😊
