When will my order go out?
We offer same day shipping for orders placed before 3:00 pm EST, so you can rest assured that we're already working preparing your shipment just minutes after you place your order! If you place your order after 3:00 EST / 12:00 PST we'll start working on your order right away the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your order, it can take 1 - 2 business days to process your order. Most customers in the continental United States will receive their order within 2 - 3 business days with our standard ground shipping option.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! All orders over $64.99 automatically qualify for free shipping in the continental United States. We currently don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, but you can still purchase our products on Amazon.
What if my order is under $64.99?
We offer flat rate shipping for $6.99 within the continental United States for orders under $65, and free shipping on orders over $64.99
What if I place my order over the weekend?
Orders received after 3:00 pm EST on Friday (or on Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following Monday (unless Monday is a federal holiday).
Where does Andy ship to?
We ship to any address in the continental United States. We currently don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, but you can still purchase our products on Amazon.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships out, you'll receive an email from us that includes tracking information for your package.

Our all natural, sun-cured Timothy and alfalfa hay are both hand selected for freshness in each box. Our organic Timothy hay is the only USDA certified Timothy on the market that's grown just for your small pet.
